  • Headshot sessions can happen the same day of booking, if available.

    However, I suggest booking your multi-look branding or portrait photoshoots about 4-6 weeks out.

    This gives you enough time to prepare your mind, body, and wardrobe using the Get Ready Guide timeline. We will also need enough time to create a plan for the day that will result in the stunning imagery you are after!


    *Please note: If you are in a time crunch for your photoshoot, let me know. I will do my very best to accommodate you.

  • It depends if you are doing a headshot session, a petite portrait session, or one of my signature multi-look photoshoot experiences.

    Basic Headshot Sessions start at $275. I also have headshot packages available that include more time for wardrobe and backdrops changes as well as 4 or more final images. My most popular headshot package is $799

    A petite session is a one look, one set branding/portrait/boudoir session for those who aren’t looking for an entire experience. The session fee is $450, with images purchased separately. Individual images are $300 and packages start at $1750.

    The retainer for your multi-look photoshoot experience is $600 and includes all pre-photoshoot preparation, hair and makeup, and the photoshoot itself.

    Images are sold separately in collections starting at $1750. The average multi-look photoshoot experience client spends $3-5k to receive a folio of stunning imagery that will be ready to use in print media or online for branding, or made into wall art, luxe albums, or a custom folio box for portrait sessions.

  • Don’t worry, I’ve got you!

    For those who are booking a headshot session or one of my petite sessions, you will receive a Get Ready Guide that will help you plan for your photoshoot!

    For those who are booking the signature photoshoot experience, you’ll also receive a 60 minute photoshoot and wardrobe consultation appointment to help you get inspired and plan for your session!

    We’ll go over the moods and styles you love and make a list of what you might want to gather.

    And, for the client who wants even more help with wardrobe (whether that means going through your own closet or heading out to local shops to find some new pieces) I can give you the name of my preferred stylist who has put together an exclusive package just for my clients!

  • Not at all!

    Some of my clients enjoy doing their entire session at my studio to maximize our time and guarantee we won’t have to rely on good weather.

    Others like to venture out to different locations around Nashville (or whichever city we are in!). Yes, I do travel for photoshoots!

    Sometimes, we even do a mixture of both!

    NOTES:

    There is a travel fee for locations that are more than 20 minutes from my studio, or from our home base location if we are in a different city.

    lient is responsible for any additional location fees (such as AirBnB, studio rental, park photography fees, etc.)

  • For headshot sessions, we do same day image selection with final images delivered within one week.

    For multilook photoshoots experiences, we will schedule an image reveal within one week of your photoshoot.

    At your reveal appointment, you will place your image order. Your selections will be put into the retouching queue and completed within 14 business days.

    Finished digital images will be prepared and delivered as soon as they are retouched. Prints, wall art, and albums will take approximately 4-6 weeks for final delivery.

  • I accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

    Payments must be made in full at time of ordering.

    Need a payment plan for your photoshoot? I offer pre-payment plans with no interest or fees. As a matter of fact, pre-payments on packages come with some incredible bonuses!

    (We can book your photoshoot out as far as a year while you make monthly payments toward your image collection.)

  • 2. Book your photoshoot

    It’s time to book your photoshoot!

    Once your session retainer is submitted we will book your photoshoot consultation (if you’ve planned for a signature photoshoot experience), and get your photoshoot date reserved.

    After your photoshoot is booked, you’ll receive a Welcome email that will confirm the dates we’ve set as well as provide helpful information to start preparing for your photoshoot.

  • 3. Lights, Camera, Action!

    It’s photoshoot day! You’ll arrive at the studio and we will help you hang up your wardrobe and settle in. If your photoshoot includes hair & makeup artistry or men’s grooming, you’ll be taken over to our beauty area where you’ll enjoy being pampered before your photoshoot!
    Once you’re looking and feeling your very best, I’ll guide you over to our photoshoot set where I will guide you into posing and facial expressions that will have you believing you’re a model for the day!

  • 4. Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment

    Headshot and Petite sessions may have same day image reveal.

    If you’ve done a multi-look photoshoot experience with me, you’ll be invited back into the studio for your reveal and ordering appointment, where we’ll review the best of the best images and build your final collection.
